We collect the monthly rent and can pay all the bills pertaining to the property or send you a monthly check. We are completely computerized with a specialized program for property management and provide you with a monthly statement showing in detail all transactions.
We also offer a Lease/Rental Service: Same as the full management service except once tenant is moved in everything is turned over to you to for the continuation of management.
Bookkeeping Services: Our accounting service is geared for small homeowners associations who want to self manage but need someone to collect the monthly fees, pay the bills and provide the Board of Directors with complete detailed financial reports each month.
